OUR TEAM:

Kelly McNulty Smialek is the founder of and president of iDREAMability.  She is a former elementary school teacher and a motivational speaker on the topic of self esteem.  Kelly has a BA in elementary teaching and a Masters in Education Technology both from the Cleveland State University.   As the result of experiencing first-hand the relationship between self-esteem and academic and social success, Kelly started iDREAMability in an effort to teach much needed socio-emotional skills to as many children as possible.   

 

Kelly and her husband, Dr. Charles have created and produced a children’s television pilot based on the iDREAMability themes. 

 

Kelly has brought the BELIEVE program to elementary schools, Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital, the Cleveland Indians, and the Open Doors Academy.   

 

 

Mary Ann Daugherty is the Marketing Director and composer for iDREAMability, LLC.  She is a composer and also has 12 years of experience as an advertising/media professional.  She attended The Ohio State University and earned a B.S. in a dual major of Marketing and International Business.  After graduating from Ohio State, she worked as a media buyer at Saatchi & Saatchi Advertising/ New York, D’Arcy, Masius, Benton and Bowles Advertising/ New York, Stern Advertising/Cleveland, and as a Media Director at Manheim Advertising, Cleveland.  During her career as a composer, Mary Ann has written original compositions for the Cleveland Singers’ Club, Cinemotion Group, The Cleveland Rape Crisis Center, and various commercial websites. 

   

Annette Marie Lowe is the Business Manager and Creative Consultant for iDREAMability, a former special education teacher, and a private tutor for children of all ages. Annette's specialties are reading enrichment, writing improvement, studying skills and helping students with organizational skills. She is also a Wardrobe Consultant and manages a small team of sales people for the Doncaster Clothes Company.  Annette has a BA in Psychology from Ursuline College and a Masters of Education from John Carroll University.  She has worked with children with special needs for over 15 years.  She has a passion for helping children and guiding them to reach their highest potential.
