Why I started the company iDREAMability, LLC. I started this company because as a teacher, I realized how many children have low self-esteem and I wanted to make a difference.  As an educator, I started to see how the education system has been changing and how many new pressures are on administrators and teachers to make sure that children achieve.  Well, what I decided to do was to stop teaching math, science, social studies, and language arts and to start teaching children on how to achieve self-esteem instead of achieving A's and B's on their report card.

For me, it was the right decision.  I have witnessed thousands of children smile, clap, and dance to our "BELIEVE" song and it has been a joy to recieve thousands of parent's emails about how they hear comments like: I believe in me or I can achieve anything I put my mind to or I will be successful if I stay true to who I am.

I believe that these statements when said over and over can only boost up a child's self-esteem and these statements have been said because the lyrics that Katie Knapp and I have written are intended to be embedded in the children's minds so that they begin to hear them even when the songs are not playing.
