Kelly McNulty Smialek - Founder and CEO 

Kelly McNulty Smialek is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of iDREAMability, LLC. Kelly was a teacher in the Twinsburg City School District in Ohio for 12 years and recently resigned to stay home with her two daughters, Maria and Melissa. She is married to Dr. Charles Smialek who is a high school principal in Euclid, Ohio and an adjunct professor at Kent State University. Both love children and education and want to inspire and motivate millions of people~young and old.

Kelly began iDREAMability in 2008 as a spin-off of a previous corporation, Kelly's Kids, Ltd. The former company created the pilot episode of a proposed children's television show, known by the same name. Similar to the vision of iDREAMability, Kelly's Kids sought to inspire viewers to believe in themselves and to follow their dreams.
